Ty Wyatt started to notice a deeply disturbing trend years ago among Northwest and Alaska fisherman concerning differences in conservation ethics that has polarized sport fisherman. This polarization is creating chaos for fisheries managers and creating new opportunities for sport fishing advocates to make significant changes to the way these fisheries are managed.
